SPRING STANDARD POOL OPENING  (chemicals available at extra charge)  

• Removal of winterizing plugs
• Install drain plugs and return fittings
• Install ladders and hand rails
• Install light (if water is at or below skimmers)
• Start up of your pump and filter system (if pool is filled to operating level or has bottom drain)

NOTE:   Winter mesh cover removal – Removal of debris from cover and winter water bag cover - Removal of debris and water from cover and folded neatly on pool deck, empty and fold water bags $95.00 per hour (cleaning of covers is $95.00 per hour)  

DIAGNOSTIC CHECK OF POOL, POOL EQUIPMENT, AND COVER  

Our technicians will perform a complete diagnostic check of the following once per month during swimming season:  

• Pool: liner, coping, steps, light, dive board, handrails, ladders, skimmers, faceplates, concrete deck, pool structure, and automatic pool sweep.

• Pool Equipment: pump, filter, heater, chemical feeder, aboveground plumbing, aboveground valves, pool sweep motor, control switches, and automation.

• Mesh and Water bag covers: visual inspection of cover material, brass anchors, springs and/or water bags. Done at opening and closing.

• Automatic safety cover: visual inspection of cover material, operation, pulleys, ropes, mechanism, housing, tracks, guides, motor, and key switch.

Parts and labor are additional charges and will be billed to you at the discounted savings. The standard labor rate is $95.00 per hour.*    

*Labor rate: If two or more technicians are required the labor rate will then be billable at $95.00 per hour per technician.    

WEEKLY CLEANING SERVICE (chemicals available at extra charge)  

• 1 stop per week
• Backwash filter
• Test and adjust chemicals
• Vacuum pool
• Brush pool walls
• Empty baskets
• Adjust water level
• Visual inspection of pool and equipment

• Removal of drain plugs from equipment.
• Removal of return fittings and skimmer baskets.
• Blow out all water from pool lines and equipment.
• Add anti-freeze to all pool lines.

Install Customers' Winterizing Plugs and Gizmos (add’l charge if replaced)

• Removal of pool light
• Removal of ladders and handrails
• Visual inspection of skimmers, returns, pump, heater, and valves

NOTE:  Winter Cover Installation

• Mesh anchor cover: $85.00
• Tarp with water bags: $95.00 per hour
• Draining of pool water: $95.00 per hour
